To facilitate a Strategic Planning Process to achieve turnaround and
to lay out a longer-term program of development for the institution (Micro Enterprise Financing Ltd.).
Led a process of diagnostics, research, and analysis of the institution. The results were incorporated into the preparation of a strategic plan for the
institution going forward. This included a program to achieve self-sustainabilty, to prepare
the way for longer-term financing and ownership, to improve operations, and to plan Human Resources capacity development.
