To conduct an organizational assessment of the Parliamentary Centre. Prepared the Work Plan and Organizational Assessment Matrix. Reviewed documentation, conducted interviews, and analysed budgets. Presented report and findings to management of the Centre and to CIDA programming management and staff. This analysis served as a baseline comparison point for future evaluations.
