To evaluate the multi-donor Ethiopia Strategy Support Programme (ESSP). The program was administered by the International Food Policy Research Institute and the Ethiopian Development Research Institute over a three-year time span. Program budget for three years was $10.86 Million USD. Emphasis of the program was on building capacity at local institutions and the establishment of a commodity exchange.
