  Description
To evaluate the project to strengthen HR in the Civil Service. Preparation of Work Plan and Organizational Assessment Matrix. Field evaluation consultant carried out evaluation, including findings and reporting of analysis, and provision of Quality Control. The evaluation was carried out in accordance with the OECD DAC standards and reviewed all aspects of the project.
