Description

To conduct a summative evaluation of a capacity building project being administered through the Agency for Cooperation and Research (ACORD) and implemented by Pan-African Agriculture Program (PAAP) with operations in several African countries.
The capacity building was provided to regional and national organizations working with farmers and small agribusinesses.
Evaluated the effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of the way the capacity building was carried out using a theory-based approach with emphasis on the intervention logic for PAAP.
Meetings took place specifically in Kenya, Burundi, and Tanzania.
