To provide technical assistance to the BOA The BOA is to be transformed as part of the Government's commitment to the development of the agriculture sector in Nigeria. The work involved due diligence throughout the Bank, the conduct of market research, assessment of organisation structure, and a review of governance and regulatory issues. Recommendations were made to transform the Bank into a commercially viable institution. This work took place in Kaduna.
