To provide monitoring services in relation to the Community-Based Education Enrichment Program.
Developed the work plan, sub-contracted local consultants. Conducted data collection, analysis, and reported the information to DFATD.
The review included a survey of participant families.
This program was carried out by CARE and the Catholic Relief Agency in Afghanistan to bridge the entry of students into the formal education system.
Conducted jointly with CIPM, Oakville.
