exclusive benefits related to payment, guarantees, contracting procedures, etc..
Provided a reference document with suggested contracting criteria and analysis and review of proposed strategy with suggested improvements.
Provided workshops about public procurement with vulnerable groups, and on sustainability on public procurement (green procedures, parameters, evaluations).
