Description
|
The work is to perform an assessment of the legal mandate, related laws and regulations, the conduct of regulatory functions, the organizational structure, the policies, processes, and staffing.
Benchmarking will be carried out compared with similar entities and the international standards promulgated by IOSCO and recognised international regulatory and supervisory best practices.
Consultations will be carried out with management and selected staff of CREPMF, capital market key stakeholders, and international institutions.
An inception report, interim report on findings and a final report containing recommendations and implementation plan will be provided and discussed.
