To carry out a project to assist the regional bank to provide regional supervision of rural cooperative banks. Worked with the Board to introduce strategic planning, served on committee of National Bank to improve legislation and regulations, and worked with a sample of rural cooperative banks to resolve problems. This project, based in Wroclaw, was part of a major restructuring of the regulatory structure for cooperative banks by delegating much of the work to regional cooperative banks.
