To assess the requirement for training of various Securities Market personnel. Evaluated the need for Securities Market training to reinforce Market regulation. Conducted research with both the Chittigong and Dhaka Stock Exchanges and with the Securities Commission. Proposed a training approach that would create a framework for providing direction for development. Submitted a report that identified unusual regulatory constraints to market development. Recommended the removal of those constraints and the development of supportive training programs that would encourage market growth and development.
