To develop a program of training, improve supervision of Securities dealers and brokers, and to promote the Market. Developed a training program for the dealers and brokers that would bring them in line with international standards. Introduced an examination program for Securities dealers and brokers. Developed a marketing and promotion program to attract new investors and listed companies. A key element of the work was capacity building for SSC staff. The team included a securities lawyer to strengthen the national regulations and to review the changes made to the training program. The Securities Market is supervized by the Vietnam SSC.
